Mac and Maggie were fantastic to deal with from the get go. Mac was so informative and helpful in choosing the correct windows for our very old home. It took us a while to make the final decision and he was very patient with us. Their installation team were very professional and super friendly too. We can’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Dear Mac & Maggie,

I am writing to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding job your company recently completed on my window installations. From start to finish, the entire experience has been a masterclass in professionalism.

In particular, I want to highly praise the three window fitters who carried out the work. Their workmanship was nothing short of exceptional. They arrived promptly, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and maintained an immaculate attention to detail. Not only was their technical skill obvious, but they were also courteous, respectful of my home, and left the place spotless after they finished.

As for the windows themselves, the quality is superb. They have completely transformed the look and feel of the house, and the precision of the installation is flawless.

It is rare to come across such a dedicated and professional team, and they are a true credit to your company. Please pass on my gratitude and recognition to the three gentlemen involved; they deserve every bit of praise for their hard work.

Thank you once again for a fantastic product and service. I will certainly be recommending your company to family and friends in the future.

The SM team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They came out and measured up all windows and doors. They promptly supplied a quote for the work. After finalising details and options we waited 8 weeks for the work to start. The lads doing the install are very professional and know what they are doing. We had no issues. We also had the team fit a porch which looks great. I would highly recommend the team at SM solutions for any work you may be considering.

Phenomenal service, they’ve done all our windows and our front door and we couldn’t be happier, the whole team from office to fitters are all fantastic clean and professional. Highly recommend

I would happily recommend SM Solutions. Our job was a real challenge, a very old cattle barn made of mud and stone without anything resembling a straight line in the entire building. SM managed to overcome a load of difficulties in designing and installing the windows, and did a great job all round. I’ll particlularly bring attention to the high quality of the finishing and pointing around the frames, and the care and attenion to detail that was displayed by the team. There are a couple of photos in their posts if you want to see, it’s the long barn with the glorious red windows and hobbit doors.

I can’t imagine a better experience with a window installation company than the one I had with SM Solutions. From the very beginning, dealing with their team was highly enjoyable. The fitters were not only skilled and professional but also exceptionally courteous towards us as customers.
Throughout the entire process, we felt that our needs were genuinely heard, and the installation team was committed to meeting our expectations. They explained each step, how they would proceed, and patiently answered all our questions.
Moreover, the quality of their work was outstanding. The installers paid attention to details, ensuring precise preparation and installation of the windows, which resulted in positive review.
We are thrilled with the final outcome and wholeheartedly recommend SM Solutions to anyone seeking high-quality window installation. Their professional approach to customers and dedication to their work truly sets them apart from other companies in the industry.
Thank you for the wonderful experience and excellent job!

We are extremely happy with our new windows. From the moment the measurements were taken, it was clear we were dealing with highly professional people. The installation was clean and carried out with great attention to detail, resulting in an excellent aesthetic finish – all done as scheduled with zero delays. The entire process was smooth and well organised, from the very first phone call through to the final installation. We couldn’t recommend SM Windows & Doors more highly.
